Stuck one on my shoulder before bed and woke up feeling noticeably more refreshed. The 60-day supply means I don't have to reorder constantly, which is a win. I'm two weeks in and the targeted delivery feels like it's actually doing something.

I was skeptical about patches versus capsules, but these CoQ10 patches are so convenient for my morning routine—just stick one on my shoulder and forget about it. The 60-day supply means I don't have to reorder constantly, which I appreciate. Definitely noticing more steady energy by mid-afternoon.

Three weeks in and the 60-day supply is holding up great—I love that I just stick one on before bed and don't have to remember a pill. The patch itself is thin and stays put through a shower, which surprised me. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon, so I'm sticking with it.
