Two weeks in and I've noticed a real drop in how often I'm waking up drenched at night. The patches stick well through sleep and don't irritate my skin, which was my biggest worry.

I was skeptical about trying patches instead of pills, but after three weeks of wearing them at night, I've only woken up drenched once compared to every single night before. The fact that they're all-natural and stick on smoothly without irritating my skin makes them a no-brainer for me.

These patches are the first thing that’s actually stopped my 3 a.m. hot-flash wake-ups in months. I stick one on before bed and the night sweats have dialed way down, plus the all-natural formula is a big plus for me.
