The patch is surprisingly easy to wear all day, and it doesn’t irritate my skin like some other stickers I’ve tried. I’ve been using it for two weeks and the 30-day supply in the box is perfect for committing to the habit. My morning stiffness has eased noticeably, so I’m sticking with it.

Three weeks in and my energy levels are noticeably steadier, no more afternoon slump. The 30-day supply is perfect for testing it out, and the patch itself stays put through workouts and showers without any irritation.

I was skeptical about a patch instead of a pill, but sticking one on each morning takes literally five seconds and I’ve finished the full 30-day supply without missing a dose. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon, which is the real win for me.
