Patch Biotin

Three weeks in and my nail ridges are genuinely less noticeable, which I didn't expect from a patch. The 60-day supply means I haven't had to reorder yet, and the stickiness holds through showers without peeling.

The patches are so easy to stick on and forget about, which is exactly what I needed since I always skip pills. I've noticed my hair feels thicker when I brush it and I'm not dragging as much in the afternoons. Sixty days worth for the price feels like a solid deal to me.

Three weeks in and my nails are definitely splitting less, plus I’ve got way more get-up-and-go through the afternoon. The 60-day supply means I’m not reordering every other week, which is honestly a relief.
