Patch Topikal Fokus

Three weeks into the 30-day plan and I’ve noticed my study sessions are way less scattered—the patch is easy to stick on and forget about. It’s subtle, but I actually finish my reading without checking my phone every five minutes.

Slapped one on before back-to-back meetings and honestly forgot it was there until I checked at lunch. Three hours of deep work without my usual midday brain fog is a win in my book, and the 30-day supply makes it easy to keep the routine going.

I stuck one on before a long study session and honestly lost track of time for three hours straight, which never happens for me. The patch stayed put through a workout too, so it’s not just for desk work. Definitely grabbing another 30-day pack.
