Patch Metabolisme Plus

I’ve been wearing it on my upper arm for about three weeks now and I honestly feel a bit more steady energy through the afternoon slump. The green tea extract and chromium combo seems to do the trick without any jitters, and it’s been easy to forget it’s even there.

The patch sticks on cleanly and stays put through workouts, which I didn't expect from a small adhesive. I've got more steady energy in the afternoons since starting the 30-day plan, and the chromium and green tea combo seems to be doing its job.

Three weeks in and the green tea extract really seems to be doing something—I’m not crashing by mid-afternoon like I used to, and that’s a big win. The patch itself is thin enough that I forget it’s there until I switch it out each morning.
