최고의 글루타치온 패치

Stuck it on my shoulder before work and forgot it was even there until the 8 hours were up. No sticky residue left behind, which was a pleasant surprise, and it held up through a sweaty afternoon without peeling.

I was dreading another oral supplement that never seems to absorb, so the idea of just sticking one on and leaving it for eight hours won me over immediately. The adhesive held up through a full workday and a workout without peeling, and I didn't have to think about it once.

Eight hours is a long time to commit to anything, but this patch stayed put through my entire workday without any irritation. I love that it ditches the needles and sprays entirely. Peel, stick, and done.
