PatchMD Maksimal Ytelse Multipack

I wasn't sure about wearing a patch for vitamins, but the B12 one actually stayed put through a full sweaty workout and I didn't get that jittery feeling I usually get from pills. Having the glucosamine patch handy for my knees after long days is a nice perk too.

I was skeptical about patches doing anything, but the glucosamine one actually makes my knees feel less creaky by mid-afternoon. Sticking them on before my shower is the easiest part of my morning now, and they stay put all day. Already ordered the next pack.
