I’ve worn them through a full day of office work and study sessions, and the boost in focus is noticeable without any jittery feeling. The patches stick well and last the entire eight hours I need them for.

Stuck one on before my afternoon shift and honestly didn't feel the usual mid-day slump at all. The patch stayed put for hours even with sweat, which I wasn't expecting. It's become a regular part of my workday now.

Wore one before a long study session and honestly forgot it was there, which is exactly what I wanted. The patch stayed put all day and I felt noticeably sharper during the afternoon grind.
